The "FD-1 Type Sludge Cleaner" has cleared all the necessary functions for sedimentation and floating sludge recovery devices. The FD-1 Type can instantly recover sediment sludge and, with a valve switch, can also instantly recover floating sludge. It cannot be considered an excellent sludge recovery machine if it suffers from prolonged dehydration, uneven dehydration, or a sludgy state. The FD-1 Type features a structure with a flat disc-type mesh installed at the bottom of the sludge bucket, allowing vacuum pressure from the vacuum pump to act uniformly across the entire bucket for even dehydration.
